Technology Industry Veteran Joins zGraffiti, Inc.
Company's Unique Product Continues to Attract Senior Managers

McLean, VA-November 28, 2000 - zGraffiti Inc., a developer of customer relationship management (eCRM) technologies for businesses, announced today that Dan Wasserman has joined the company as Vice President for Sales. Wasserman brings his years of experience in technology, advertising, sales, business development, and interactive media to zGraffiti. Prior to joining zGraffiti, he served in a similar capacity at Conducent, and previously founded several companies, including Thorne West, Cyphertech Systems, and Ad-Scan Inc. Dan launched his career by rapidly rising to the senior media ranks, at one of the major advertising agency groups in North America.

Wasserman will oversee sales and client relationships at zGraffiti. During his career, Wasserman has worked in various capacities that will be of value to zGraffiti, including other start-ups, interactive media, business-to-consumer and business-to-business companies, as well as more traditional media companies.
