Programs and services enabled through the use of our proprietary technologies will vary depending on the objectives of our clients. We ensure that our clients provide full disclosure and obtain customer (end user) permission at all key stages of engagement with their end users while using zGraffiti powered technology platforms. We also require end users to review and accept user agreements prior to receiving any of our customized zGraffiti enabled applications. All of our end user services utilize opt-in not opt-out processes and provide for full disclosure of data collection and use at the time of registration or participation. End users are enabled to easily opt-out and uninstall zGraffiti powered applications provided by clients if desired.
