What kind of information does zGraffiti collect about you?

Member Registration
The zGraffiti user registration process requires users to provide contact information, such as name, email address, city, state, country, and zip code, as well as a unique user password. This contact information will be used to fill out order forms (e.g. at shopping cart pages) and create accounts (registration for new services or other registration forms). User names and passwords are used for security purposes. zGraffiti also uses Users' email addresses to send information about new services, features, and special offers. Users may opt out of receiving these types of mailings by sending an email to remove@zGraffiti.com.

Cookies
As part of offering and providing customized and personalized services, zGraffiti uses cookies to store and sometimes track information about you. A cookie is a piece of data that is sent to your browser from a web server and is stored on your hard drive. Cookies are in no way linked to any personally identifiable information about the User while the User is on our site or elsewhere on the Internet. Cookies enable users to connect to our site or our partners' sites without having to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site or using our licensed software. Other uses of cookies can include tracking users' progress, traffic patterns or visiting patterns. If a user rejects the cookie, he or she may still use our licensed software, but the user will be limited to some areas of our site and will receive a potentially smaller array of services. Log Files
We also use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movements, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use only. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Member Profile
Users may also choose to provide zGraffiti with their credit card information, shipping address and demographic information, in order to facilitate their e-commerce transactions. All personal information that is needed to complete a purchase is securely encrypted when transferred. Demographic information, which may include a user's occupation, online experience, online frequency, age range, income range and gender, is used only in the aggregate, so that zGraffiti can better understand and serve its users and deliver the most relevant content.

Refer a Friend
Users that have participated in zGraffiti powered retention and loyalty programs with current or former license partners, may want to tell their friends about them. Thus, zGraffiti will, with a user's permission, request the names and email addresses of user's friends and send them an email telling them about the benefits of participating in such programs. We will collect your name and email address to let your friends know who referred them.

Contests
zGraffiti, in conjunction with its partners, may sponsor contests to give users the opportunity to win great prizes. Information collected by zGraffiti for such contests will likely include a user's contact information, such as name, street address, city, state, zip code, country, phone number, and email address, which shall be used to notify contest winners. zGraffiti may also ask "survey questions" to develop promotional programs and new features. Survey questions may cover a user's shopping behavior, demographics and general areas of interest.

Special Offers
We send all new members a welcoming email to verify password and username. Established members will occasionally receive information on new products or services offered via zGraffiti in conjunction with our partners. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present users with the option to not receive these types of communications. Please see our choice and opt-out provisions below.

Site and Service Updates
We also send to users site and service announcement updates. Users may not un-subscribe from service announcements, which contain important information about our service (unless they discontinue their membership with zGraffiti). We communicate with the user to provide requested services with regard to issues relating to their account via email or phone.

Correction/Updating Personal Information
If a user's personally identifiable information (such as the user's address) changes, or if a user no longer desires to use our service, we will endeavor to provide users with a way to correct, update or remove that user's personal data provided to us. This can usually be done at the member information page or by emailing our Customer Support at usersupport@zgraffiti.com.

Sharing zGraffiti will compile users' demographic information in order to better serve our users. We will share demographic information with our partners and advertisers in an aggregated form only. This information is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual. We use our partners' shipping company to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for any goods and/or services purchased via our software. To the best of our knowledge, these companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes. Please be aware however, that the information practices of those companies are not covered by this Privacy Statement.

From time to time, zGraffiti may partner with other parties to provide specific services. When the user signs up for these services, we may share all or some of a user's information if such information is necessary for the third party to provide these services. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.

How will the information zGraffiti collects be used?
Our mission is to provide users with personalized services. Our ability to provide enhanced services and content is dependent on our ability to provide targeted information to our retail partners and to you, our user. In addition, we also use user information to: Bring users personal services tailored to their needs, based upon their likes and dislikes.

Develop aggregated reports of user activity for our partners (for example, "750 users saw your brand logo appear on these 12 websites. Of the 750 who saw it 25% clicked through to your site, and 15% made a purchase of $10 or more.") Send users information about zGraffiti's special offers, new products and services. With whom does zGraffiti share the information it collects about you?

As a general rule, zGraffiti will not disclose any user's personally identifiable information without the user's permission or as otherwise required under the circumstances described below. zGraffiti will share a user's personal information with its partners. When a user is engaged in a purchase transaction, zGraffiti software allows the user to take advantage of special savings, offers or content with just one mouse click. With a user's permission, zGraffiti will transfer all the information needed to complete a purchase directly to a retail partner. If a user has stored the information in his or her Member Profile, the user need not retype his or her name, address and credit card number each time a purchase is made. We will securely transfer that information to the retail partner to complete the purchase. (Users may elect not to provide their credit card information in their personal profile; if not, however, they must enter this information at the time of each purchase.) Although unlikely, zGraffiti may be required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide personally identifiable information to the appropriate governmental authorities. zGraffiti may also disclose account information in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against someone who may be violating zGraffiti's Terms and Conditions or may be causing damage to zGraffiti, rights or property, other zGraffiti users, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities. zGraffiti may disclose or access account information when we believe in good faith that the law requires it and for administration and other purposes that we deem necessary to maintain, service, and improve our services If so, zGraffiti will provide this information upon receipt of appropriate documentation. What is zGraffiti's policy regarding the collection, use, and distribution of your information?

The most important point to remember is that you have the final say regarding the information that zGraffiti has about you. It is your choice whether to share information with zGraffiti or not and, if you choose to share personally identifiable information with zGraffiti, you can control whether we contact you. Further, you may change your mind at any time. Our users are given the opportunity to 'opt-out' of having their information used for purposes not directly related to our site or our services, or for any other reason. Users who no longer wish to receive promotional materials from our partners via our software may opt-out of receiving these communications by going to the zGraffiti folder on their desktop and following the directions to un-install. Before a user's information is collected by an outside party, the user will be notified and will be given the option as to whether to proceed. zGraffiti gives members the following opt-out options:

• Users who wish to stop receiving zGraffiti e-mailings regarding new features, services and special offers may send an email to remove@zGraffiti.com.
• Users may uninstall the downloaded software by going to the corresponding file on their desktop and following the instructions to "uninstall."

zGraffiti reserves the right to send a one-time registration confirmation email and infrequent service alert messages to our users to inform you of specific changes that may impact your ability to use the service, regardless of email contact opt-in status.

What security procedures does zGraffiti use to protect the loss, misuse, or alteration of information under the company's control?

Your zGraffiti account information and Member Profile are password protected so that you are the only person with access to this personal information. You may edit your zGraffiti account information and Member Profile by using your zGraffiti ID and password. We recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone. Also, please be sure to sign off of your zGraffiti account and close your browser window when you have finished using the service. The zGraffiti website and licensed software takes every precaution to protect our users' information.
